  • Oversee daily operations across multiple online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, other relevant platforms).
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across all channels.
  • Monitor and maintain marketplace compliance, resolving listing or policy issues promptly.
  • Manage and optimize the Shopify store, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Upload and update products, collections, and promotional banners.
  • Collaborate with developers or designers to implement enhancements where required.
  • Process and track customer orders across all marketplaces and Shopify, ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams and third-party suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Resolve order-related issues and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving online sales.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for product listings, promotional emails, and advertisements.
  • Monitor customer feedback and buying behavior to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and improving the overall buying journey.
  • Track and report on sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve marketplace performance.


Note: The official title of this role is Ecommerce Specialist (Marketplace Moderator).

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce operations across Shopify and major marketplaces.
  • Solid understanding of order management, online merchandising, and ecommerce best practices.
  • Experience in supporting marketing campaigns and improving customer journeys.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting dashboards.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ecommerce experience.
