Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including maintaining a valid license Art. 180a for managing a trust company in Liechtenstein.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company’s practices are aligned.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fiduciary services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in fiduciary services, trust management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing client portfolios or bringing in new clients.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services and regulatory requirements in Liechtenstein.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Must hold a valid license 180a to manage a trust company in Liechtenstein.
