Requirements

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives. 
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. 
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including maintaining a valid license Art. 180a for managing a trust company in Liechtenstein. 
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company’s practices are aligned. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fiduciary services, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery. 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in fiduciary services, trust management, or a related field. 
  • Proven track record of managing client portfolios or bringing in new clients. 
  • Strong leadership and management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services and regulatory requirements in Liechtenstein. 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. 

Licenses and Certifications: 

  • Must hold a valid license 180a to manage a trust company in Liechtenstein.
