Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and manage strong relationships with business units in the Arts Division, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
    • Provide financial insights and analyses to support strategic planning and operational execution of arts initiatives.
    • Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
    • Conduct performance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
    • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
    • Champion best practices in financial management across the arts projects.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
    • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance, with a significant focus on business partnerships or operational finance.
    • Strong expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
    • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
