We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Director of Rock Bar and After Rock to work with our Food & Beverages team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of Rock Bar and After Rock’s overall concept, operational strategy, and brand standards.
  • Design and implement innovative programs aligned with brand identity, and business goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent excellence in product quality, service standards, hygiene, and ambiance.
  • Monitor global industry trends to introduce creative offerings and maintain the venue’s relevance and competitiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive seamless guest experiences and cross-functional efficiency.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and implement cost-control strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Oversee inventory control, pricing strategies, and waste minimization to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship, team development, and retention strategies.
  • Serve as the public face of the venue, engaging with VIP guests, media, and stakeholders.
  • Support branding, social media engagement, and event activation initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Coordinate talent sourcing for entertainment programming, including DJs, live performers, and hosts.
  • Uphold the highest standards of grooming, hygiene, and personalized service in line with 5-star hospitality expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, or high-volume F&B outlets.
  • Proven success in managing multi-outlet operations and driving service excellence.
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, P&L management, and business analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
  • Proven expertise in executing lifestyle events and activations, with strong talent-scouting experience for DJs, performers, and hosts.
  • Demonstrated creativity in conceptualizing themed experiences and delivering high-impact guest engagement.
  • Solid knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology trends.
  • In-depth understanding of international hospitality trends, guest preferences, and lifestyle concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Reports directly to the Director of F&B.
