As the Dispatcher, you will serve as the central hub for daily operations, overseeing customer service, technician dispatch, team leadership, and overall business performance. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive team culture, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team environment

• Oversee team scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution

Customer Service & Dispatch

• Respond to incoming service requests and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and sales calls

• Address customer concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction

Business Operations

• Manage daily office workflows and administrative tasks

• Monitor and optimize operational processes to support profitability and growth

• Work closely with ownership to meet sales targets and manage key accounts

Quality Control & Reporting

• Ensure timely completion of jobs to high standards

• Track key performance metrics including:

o Return rates

o Crew retention

oCustomer satisfaction

• Use internal systems (ServiceTitan) to manage reporting and operations

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, operations, or customer service management specifically within the HVAC or a related service industry
  • Strong customer service experience
  • English communication skills, both verbal and written

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST | 9:00PM-7AM PHT
