Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiency & Cost Monitoring
- Build data models for labor efficiency and cost control across the hub network;
- Monitor KPIs such as cost per package and productivity per headcount, and identify anomalies;
- Propose actionable improvement measures and track the impact.
- Performance Management
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, progress tracking, result validation, and feedback collection;
- Ensure fairness and transparency in performance assessments;
- Provide data support for management decisions regarding incentives and rewards.
- Incentive Program Management
- Drive the implementation and continuous optimization of group-based piecework incentive schemes;
- Monitor scheme effectiveness and employee satisfaction;
- Adjust the structure based on operational needs and financial impact.
- Headcount Planning & Optimization
- Develop headcount models based on workload and operational patterns;
- Monitor workforce allocation and adjust resource planning to improve efficiency;
- Liaise with HR and regional teams for dynamic workforce adjustments.
- Shift Scheduling Management
- Develop and execute shift scheduling strategies across regions and peak seasons;
- Monitor attendance and ensure schedule compliance;
- Collaborate with IT/product teams to enhance scheduling system functionality.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines;
- Proficient in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables), Power BI, Tableau, or SQL;
- Strong logical thinking and ability to present data insights clearly in reports or presentations;
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership, capable of driving projects independently and closing feedback loops.
