We are hiring a Distributor Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and channel partners for a company in the FMCG or non-food industry, based in Manila. This role involves overseeing distributor performance, ensuring sales targets are met, and executing trade strategies to maximize market reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure compliance with sales targets and company standards.
  • Coordinate product availability, pricing, promotions, and merchandising support.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in onboarding new distributors and ensuring proper training and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in distributor management, sales, or trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or non-food sector.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary.
