Job Summary

- 9–12 years of hands-on experience with the Documentum (DCTM) product suite, including troubleshooting and issue resolution

- Profound knowledge of Documentum DFC, Object Model, Job Methods, TBO, SBO, etc.

- In-depth understanding of DCTM process/workflow lifecycles and audit trails.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as FirstDoc, xPlore, and Documentum Administrator.

- Strong experience working on Linux/Unix platforms.

- Technically capable of mentoring team members.

- Skilled in troubleshooting Documentum issues, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience in Webtop customization, including UI modifications, custom components, and configurations aligned with business needs

Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team.

- Prepare and present WSR, MSR, and QBR reports as per business requirements.

- Work experience in the Life Sciences domain and in ITIL-based support projects.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions.

Job Location
Primary: Parsippany, NJ or West Chester, PA.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $141,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
