Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing Documentum solutions to meet business needs. You will work in a hybrid environment collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Documentum applications. Your expertise will drive innovation and efficiency in document management processes contributing to the companys success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Documentum solutions to enhance document management capabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of Documentum xCP to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in Documentum Process Builder to ensure optimal workflow automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Documentum applications using Documentum Foundation Classes.
• Ensure the stability and performance of Documentum systems through regular monitoring and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Documentum applications to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Documentum solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Documentum development techniques.
• Stay updated with the latest Documentum technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user guides for Documentum applications.
• Support the deployment of Documentum solutions in a hybrid work model ensuring seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of Documentum Documentum xCP and Documentum Process Builder.
• Demonstrate expertise in Documentum Administrator and Documentum Foundation Classes.
• Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Documentum development and implementation.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new Documentum technologies.
