You're the friendly face (and voice) behind the screen, eager to help customers get what they need, fix problems fast, and keep our drone community thriving. While you may not be an FPV expert yet, you're excited to learn, love drones, and bring an organized, compassionate approach to every interaction. This role is perfect for someone with strong people skills and curiosity, ready to grow into a more technical path.

In this role, you’ll help manage daily customer questions and support logistics while becoming part of a collaborative team that supports some of the most respected brands in FPV.

A Day in the Life

  • Provide customer service via HelpScout, email, phone, and social platforms
  • Triage common questions, shipping issues, order tracking, and RMAs
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal experts
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with a wide range of customers
  • Engage with community groups (Discord, Facebook, Reddit) as needed
  • Stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced startup environment
  • Contribute to FAQs, internal docs, and help articles as you grow

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a service-focused role
  • Experience working with technology in some capacity (hardware, software, troubleshooting, or technical tools)
  • A love of tech and a desire to grow your drone knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and able to stay calm in the chaos of startup life
  • A team-first mindset, patience, and curiosity
  • Bonus: Some FPV experience or exposure to drone products, Shopify, or HelpScout

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000/year (based on experience)
