Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding NIKON's product offerings, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to facilitate continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on NIKON products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collect and report customer feedback to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Engage in ongoing training to improve knowledge of products and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- A genuine interest in photography and familiarity with NIKON products is a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing customer service software and tools.
