Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking airline customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about flight bookings, cancellations, and any modifications required.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding airline services, policies, and promotions.
- Maintain thorough records of all customer interactions and keep detailed reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on airline industry trends to provide knowledgeable and informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
