Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Offer accurate information about airline services, policies, and promotional offers.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and document communications.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on airline industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (native level) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
