Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end B2B integration projects with clients, ensuring successful implementation and timely delivery of solutions.
- Engage with clients to comprehend their integration requirements and customize solutions accordingly.
- Facilitate technical discussions with Dutch-speaking clients to clarify integration specifications and needs.
- Design and implement integration processes, including data mapping and transformation tasks.
- Regularly monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients post-integration.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and fulfilled.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B integrations, ideally in a technical or customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and standards, such as API, EDI, and XML.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to providing high-quality solutions.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
- A proactive team player with a collaborative attitude.
