Responsibilities
- Oversee B2B integration projects with clients, ensuring successful delivery of solutions on time.
- Engage with clients to gather their integration requirements and customize solutions to meet their needs.
- Facilitate technical discussions with Dutch-speaking clients to clarify integration specifications.
- Design and implement integration processes, including data mapping and transformation tasks.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients after the integration is completed.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate client requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in B2B integrations, preferably in a technical or customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and standards, such as API, EDI, and XML.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills for effective engagement with clients.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing high-quality solutions.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
