Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in corporate customer service or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
