Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to corporate clients in Dutch through various communication channels
- Address inquiries related to our products and services efficiently
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client satisfaction
- Stay informed about our offerings, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in corporate customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial
