Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide effective solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service quality
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but enthusiastic entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
