Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and helpful assistance.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Engage in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online support channels is advantageous.
