Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online support channels is advantageous.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and providing excellent service.
