Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide effective solutions and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service quality
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Participate in training sessions and team development activities
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
