Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Provide effective solutions and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service quality
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Participate in training sessions and team development activities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
  • Basic technical proficiency with digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
