Responsibilities

  • Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat to assist with their queries and concerns.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about our services and products to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints, striving for prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to serve customers effectively.
  • Participate in team meetings, offering insights to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities and effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and systems is a bonus.
