Responsibilities
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
- Seek and gather feedback from customers to improve their service experience continually.
- Offer personalized recommendations and solutions that address individual customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with company offerings and industry developments to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and oral.
- Previous experience in customer service or a customer-oriented role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and other digital tools.
