- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with other team members to refine customer service practices.
- Keep abreast of product information and updates to assist customers effectively.
- Join team meetings to share insights and contribute to improving customer experience.
Requirements
- Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or relevant roles is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
