You will respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience, all from the comfort of your own home in beautiful Greece. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries and provide information about products and services clearly and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
- Collect feedback and insights from customers to identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver tailored support that enhances customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends to provide well-informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to effectively resolve issues and manage challenging situations.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software and online communication tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet customer needs.
