Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide support.
  • Deliver excellent service by comprehensively understanding customer needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain complete records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer happiness and improve service quality.
  • Stay informed about products and services to provide relevant support to customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help drive improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer care and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolutions.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a varied workload.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technology is considered an advantage.
  • A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in enriching customer experiences.
