As a Customer Happiness Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, provide assistance, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and provide dedicated support.
  • Provide excellent service by thoroughly understanding customer needs and consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain complete and organized records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer happiness and improve overall service quality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the company's products and services to offer relevant support to customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care and empathy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to finding effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is a plus.
