Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to Dutch clients through phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Promote and explain loyalty programs to encourage customer engagement
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay informed about company products, services, and updates
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or loyalty programs is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
- Familiarity with technology and adept in using CRM systems
