In the position of Dutch Speaking Customer Loyalty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Dutch-speaking customers receive exceptional service. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, fostering positive customer relationships, and enhancing overall customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch support to Dutch clients through phone, email, and chat
  • Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Promote and explain loyalty programs to encourage customer engagement
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and updates

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service or loyalty programs is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities
  • Familiarity with technology and adept in using CRM systems
  • Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
