Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding airline services and travel-related questions.
- Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and processing cancellations.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the aviation team to streamline processes and improve customer service.
- Stay informed on airline industry standards and developments to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Familiarity with airline operations and travel procedures is a plus.
