Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch regarding financial services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about financial products, services, and account options.
- Assist customers with transactions, account management, and issue resolution efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about relevant financial regulations and products to offer informed support.
- Collect customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the finance industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is an advantage.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
