Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch related to healthcare services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on healthcare products, services, and policies to clients.
- Assist clients in navigating healthcare options and resolving issues or concerns effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and follow-up.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and policies to provide informed support.
- Gather insights from customers to identify areas for improvement in service and client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with healthcare products or services is an advantage.
