Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, assisting with healthcare services, and ensuring that clients receive the information they need in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch related to healthcare services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information on healthcare products, services, and policies to clients.
  • Assist clients in navigating healthcare options and resolving issues or concerns effectively.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on healthcare regulations and policies to provide informed support.
  • Gather insights from customers to identify areas for improvement in service and client experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with healthcare products or services is an advantage.
  • Proficient in customer service software and relevant tools.
  • A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
