In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to telecommunications services and products. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications services.
- Provide detailed information about plans, services, and promotions available.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting service issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in telecommunications to provide informed support.
- Collect customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer service software and technology.
