In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to telecommunications services and products. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications services.
  • Provide detailed information about plans, services, and promotions available.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting service issues and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in telecommunications to provide informed support.
  • Collect customer feedback to identify trends and recommend service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and technology.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
