As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance to fully utilize our services. Your role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for Dutch-speaking clients, providing timely and effective support
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed
- Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure enhanced service delivery and address client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and feedback within our CRM system
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services that benefit clients
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance client support
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer success, support, or account management is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive customer-focused attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software tools
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer success
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
