Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, responding to inquiries and providing robust support.
- Assist customers in effectively implementing and utilizing our products to achieve their best results.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, aligning products with customer needs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and health indicators to proactively address potential issues and reduce churn.
- Gather customer feedback to drive improvements in our services and product offerings.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or customer success roles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and insights.
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
- Experience with customer success platforms and CRM software is a plus.
