Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for one of our esteemed banking clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Dutch and have a passion for helping others in the financial sector.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their banking inquiries and providing timely, accurate information. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide information about banking products and services
  • Troubleshoot account issues and facilitate resolutions
  • Document customer interactions and follow up when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on industry products and compliance regulations
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and protocols

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in the banking or financial services field, is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with customer support software and basic banking systems
  • Eligibility to work in the required jurisdiction
