Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding logistics and shipping services.
- Assist clients with tracking shipments, managing delivery schedules, and resolving issues.
- Provide detailed information about shipping processes, costs, and timelines.
- Document customer interactions for quality assurance and service improvements.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely resolutions for customer concerns.
- Stay up to date on shipping regulations, process changes, and industry trends.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in logistics or shipping, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and logistics platforms.
