Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch for streaming service inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming and accounts
- Guide customers in navigating their accounts and the platform’s features
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve more complex issues
- Stay updated on the latest content and trends within the streaming industry
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
