Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch for various travel inquiries
- Assist customers with bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues promptly
- Educate customers on company policies and procedures
- Document all interactions and ensure accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve customer service
- Stay updated on travel trends and agency offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the travel sector, is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with booking systems and travel software is an advantage
