Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document all interactions in our customer support system for tracking and training purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to address more complex customer problems.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly demeanor, patience, and a strong desire to assist customers.
