Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Offer accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in our support systems for tracking and quality purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex customer problems.
- Collect feedback from customers to help improve our service offerings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
