- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate solution implementation and success
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing ongoing support
- Identify industry trends and innovations to advise clients appropriately
- Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust
- Document findings, recommendations, and project progress for internal assessment
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in business analysis, digital solutions, or a related field is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and articulate digital technology concepts
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
