Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier end-user support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding hardware, software, and applications efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure comprehensive problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist clients effectively and accurately.
- Contribute to refining internal support processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications is advantageous.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
