Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional end-user support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support activities.
- Collaborate with other support teams to ensure thorough and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Contribute to improving internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in various operating systems and software applications.
- Familiarity with support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
