Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking End User Support Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues in Dutch.
- Troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware problems faced by users.
- Document all user interactions and solutions in our support system carefully.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Educate users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance their experience.
- Collect feedback to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous learning to remain updated on product enhancements and support methodologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Experience in an end-user support or technical support role is advantageous.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot common IT issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools and ticketing systems is beneficial.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule as needed.
