Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking end-users through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and networking.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps and offer effective solutions.
- Document support cases and solutions in the service management system accurately.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Keep updated with the latest products and technologies to ensure optimal support delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk software is advantageous.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and commitment to resolving user issues effectively.
