Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch end-user support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and applications efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of support inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product features and changes to assist clients accurately.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications is advantageous.
- Experience with support ticketing systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
