Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding frontline support to Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in resolving their inquiries and troubleshoot any challenges they may face.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Document customer interactions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
  • Adept at managing inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
