Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer support to the Dutch-speaking gaming community.
- Engage with users through social media and gaming forums to monitor community interactions.
- Assist users with questions related to games, accounts, and technical support.
- Collect feedback and document player experiences to enhance the community.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of player concerns.
- Stay updated with game developments, new releases, and gaming industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level) and proficient English skills.
- A deep passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming cultures.
- Experience in customer support or community management is highly desirable.
