Responsibilities
- Provide excellent helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical inquiries and customer concerns.
- Communicate effectively with users, offering clear solutions and guidance.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain thorough records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes and share knowledge.
- Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Prior experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- Fundamental technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining high-quality support.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive and service-driven attitude.
- Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
