Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical inquiries and customer concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with users, offering clear solutions and guidance.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain thorough records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes and share knowledge.
  • Stay informed about product updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a helpdesk environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Fundamental technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining high-quality support.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive and service-driven attitude.
  • Experience with helpdesk software or CRM systems is a plus.
