Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and technical support to our Dutch-speaking clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems will be essential in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient helpdesk support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and accounts.
  • Document interactions and solutions accurately in the support database.
  • Work closely with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experiences.
  • Educate customers on product features and usage best practices.
  • Stay updated on new product information and technical advancements to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid European Passport or ID is required.
